Excellent way to stay in shape. The classes are well structured and the coaches are wonderful
F45 Buckhead has ruined other F45 gyms for me because it’s unmatched. The tough love and encouragement I feel when walking through the doors has me coming back each week. They’re doing it right. Can’t say enough about how great Coach CJ and Fitz are!
