F45 Buckhead has ruined other F45 gyms for me because it’s unmatched. The tough love and encouragement I feel when walking through the doors has me coming back each week. They’re doing it right. Can’t say enough about how great Coach CJ and Fitz are!
Update: I still love f45, however, now the packs of classes you buy expire after a few months. I had to stop because of this because if you are older and work a lot, sometimes your body and schedule can only handle one class per week. Then if you go on vacation or work gets busy there is even more pressure to use your classes before they expire. I didn’t want that kind of pressure anymore.
