Love the work outs and community!
I recently just moved to the area and was nervous to join a new studio. However, all the trainers and the owner made joining super inviting and helpful. Fun, clean and motivating environment! Happy I found this studio!
Really love this F45 location! The entire facility is super clean and the coaches are amazing and always very friendly and helpful. As someone who goes before work I appreciate the other amenities here such as the showers and toiletries. I purchased a year membership and was very happy that this location offered a discount for military spouses :)
As a retiree, I was reluctant to try F45 because I thought the intensity would be more than I could handle. I have been so supported by this amazing team of trainers. They are quick to make accommodations to my fitness level and ability, and are incredibly encouraging. I would highly recommend F45 to anyone who wants to improve their strength and fitness in an upbeat and fun environment. Your health is worth the investment!
