Getting back to working out postpartum can be humbling and scary. Your body is different, you don’t feel so young and spry. I've been a member of F45 since the start of the year and have had an amazing experience. It's a fantastic community where I can focus on fitness while receiving motivation from skilled coaches. One coach in particular, Morgan, has had a huge impact on me. Her energy and passion are contagious, keeping me engaged in every workout and providing that extra push I need. Life changing! I have been an avid exerciser for most or my life. I was recently introduced to F45 by a friend and gave it a shot. I signed up after a few trial workouts and have zero regrets! The workout is fast-paced, fun and the coaches are great. I am actually sore again after workouts which is something I have not felt in awhile at my other program. Thanks for welcoming me to the F45 family! I hope to stay awhile.

Ive had a great experience at F45. If you are looking to make a change in your day to day life, F45 is it! The classes are challenging but tailored to your level. The staff is amazing and attentive.
