I’ve been to many F45 locations and Bothell is hands down the best one. The support from the coaches and community is so special. The cleanliness of the studio and equipment is top notch. I’ve been a member for over three years and highly recommend this studio.
This is a really great studio. Lots of regulars and they are supportive and welcoming to new people. Coaches are great at augmenting to accommodate skill levels and injuries. Just a great community!
F45 Bothell is not just a gym, it is a great welcoming community of people that have fun working out. Workouts are always hard but fun and never the same. Either if you are out of shape and new to the world of fitness ( like I was ) or an athlete, F45 workouts will challenge you in a good way and the community at the Bothell location will make it fun. Best decision of my life !
