Very unethical business. I purchased 3 sessions and I only got to use 2 because they claim they expired... in less than 10.
Love F45 Bothell! The workouts are challenging, but suitable/modifiable for all levels. My strength and endurance has increased so much in just 6 months. The coaches and members are encouraging and kind. I finally found my gym home here. ☺️
I found F45 about 2 years ago when I was searching for motivation and accountability. The coaches are amazing and it’s a great environment. I love that I am always challenged to continue to be better and have fun with each workout (well, maybe not Wednesday)! Thanks F45 Bothell for creating a family!!
F45 has been life changing for me, especially the Bothell studio! The trainers are all amazing finding that special balance of guiding and helping us reach our goals with the right mix of challenge and encouragement.
