The coaches are great and always make the workouts fun and motivating. They also pay attention to your form and help correct your workout positions. Classes are challenging in a good way, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. It’s a great place to work out and stay consistent.
Almost everything about my experience at F45 Bothell is wonderful! And really, the part I'm about to discuss is a matter of perception, so I want to be sure to call that out. I would have gone 4.5 stars if that was an option because all of the coaches that I've met and trained with are wonderful people, knowledgeable in their craft, and tremendously supportive. I just finished my 1-week trial and completed all 5 classes at F45. I won’t lie…. I’m sore and definitely have a lot of room for growth, but that’s exactly why I signed up. The workouts are very structured, easy to follow, and challenging in the best way. The energy in the room is high, and you can tell the people who regularly show up have built a real sense of community.
