I came here to express my gratitude to everyone at F45 Bothell. I feel very welcomed and I'm loving being part of this team. All the coaches are wonderful and very attentive. And the training sessions are incredible.
My experience so far has been everything I hoped it would be and more. I signed up for a year membership after finishing my trial week because it's exactly the place I want to be on my fitness journey. The coaches and members are super friendly, helpful, welcoming, and fun! The workouts are varied, challenging, and also fun! The workouts are fast-paced, sweat-inducing and never boring. Great community, upbeat coaches, and a clean, welcoming space!
I'm older and was talked into starting with F45. It is challenging, tough and fun. The variety of exercises, the pace, the upbeat nature of the experience and the desire to help me get more fit is great. I am already reaping benefits in my third week. Sleeping better, tired, but in the good way and out of the house a couple more times a week. While I will never be the younger man I was, maybe, just maybe, I will be a better older man than I have been. I'm glad I joined.
Very unethical business. I purchased 3 sessions and I only got to use 2 because they claim they expired... in less than 10.
