Been going to F45 Beenleigh for past 2 months now what can I say but apart from first day I walked in to gym it felt like home, The members are always friendly and encouraging and the workouts leave you feeling sweaty and exhausted every time! And the coaches are amazing, i like how they push me in each work out even through i want to give up so thank you

I joined 2-3 weeks ago & I’m absolutely obsessed with the atmosphere, the coaches are incredible & they truly want the best for each & everyone. I’ve never been to any gym settings before so I have 0 idea how to use any equipment, and within 2-3 weeks of attending I’ve learned so much. Definitely 5 stars! You will not regret signing up. It’s amazing 🤩
