F45 Barrie SW has a great atmosphere. The owner Mitch and staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone makes you feel welcome, including the members. Mitch and staff push you to reach your full potential in a workout. Make sure you bring a towel and a water bottle! You know you have worked out at the end of the workout. Searching for new gyms can be stressful and frustrating not knowing if you’ll fit in, or if you’ll really like the program, or if you’ll feel a part of their community…however, finding F45 SW Barrie has been a gold mine for me in all aspects I just mentioned!
