I love this gym community. I joined F45 3 weeks ago and love it! The competitions and challenges are great, the coaches are genuinely welcoming and everyone is friendly and encouraging. Makes the sweat worth it. Shout out to Loz and Josh!
Joined for a 6 week challenge back in April to see if I could “make it work”with a son that’s not old enough to stay home on his own and partner that works away. 8 months later I’m still “making it work”. My son gets dragged along with me and the trainers always are welcoming and have a chat with him. Thanks Josh, Loz & Team 💪🏼
