Since moving from my home gym in QLD, I haven't been able to find a gym here that gave me a family feel. Our first day here, we were not only welcomed warmly by the coaches but also by others who were training. It was nice to also have them encourage us and just speak to us in general. Trialled with many gyms in the area as a family and no one would speak to us lol. Love the tips and talks from Vanessa and also the push she gives us with Youseff.
