They are amazing, the program they set you for you is on a whole different level, one of best programs in the country
Amazing community and staff. I always feel welcome and encouraged to get fit. My daughters participate in Amuniq with coaches Alex, Mar and Nicole. Great for the whole family to come to one location. Joining this gym has been great for our families health.
Strength and Performance completely changed how I train. Coaches Alex & Marlyn consistently bring awesome energy and positivity, have great eyes for technique, and know how to make small tweaks that lead to big results. They are invested in your progress, tailor everything to your goals, celebrate your wins, and keep you moving forward. If you want top-notch coaching and a motivating environment, this program is hard to beat.
Great class and community
I began working with Alex and Mar three weeks ago. During the first week, I trained at a location they were temporarily renting. On my first day, I showed up to shadow and help out with the 5:00 and 6:00 AM boot camp classes, but I was not made aware that this training would be unpaid. I’ve never heard of that in a professional work environment, and I found it to be an unprofessional approach.
