I've been to a couple group training gyms prior to coming to f13. This is the best one I've been to. The trainers are amazing! Peyton was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. He's always keeping an eye on all of us to make sure we are doing everything safely and effectively. He's extremely motivating to help you push past your limits.
