Maintenance man does not speak good English.. never comes on time to fix problems. Plumbing bad.. house was not clean when I moved in. Cleaned the house when I moved out and they only mailed half Of my deposit back. Sunshine works for him she is rude and fake as hell. Communication skills are terrible from both Wayne and Sunshine. He cannot control her and she is disrespectful and out of control!
