Absolutely disgusting place to live
Laundry washing machine are down for almost 2 years now they never get fix . Swimming pool is out of service for 2 years now. office manager is very rude. My advice is not to move in till they get that stuff fixed 😔
Very loud neighbors! Office staff are not very nice or helpful. I called having a mild issue and nobody came out to check it. The washers and dryers don't work. I wouldn't recommend this place. To clarify this applies to Park Towne apartments. Karen the apartment manager for the complex is absolutely atrocious and needs to find a new line of employment. I moved here in April and so far I have only a handful of small complains such as the pool not being open this year, neighbors above me sound like there's a 24/7 soccer match going on but being on the bottom floor what can you expect I guess, maintenance is slightly slow with response but the main person is pretty a pretty nice guy.
