DO NOT USE -- Unless you like bad service & dirty carpet – I have been using F.W. Services for about 5 years. When they were a young company they made sure to take care of their customers. Recently, they have totally lost my business by providing terrible service. 1. I had them come out to my own house to clean the carpets after a tenant had moved out. best service and best price – I called after being referred to them from a friend and the customer service lady was helpful and I got a great quote so I had them come to my house. The guys came out and answered all my questions. The same price on the phone was the same price they charged.I use to use procaret and they always changed the prices when them came out. I am glad I switched. I recommend this company to others.
