Steven came out after we called about a musty smell coming from the vents. He inspected the system and found buildup inside the return ducts that was holding moisture and dust. He carefully cleaned the duct lines and also checked around the furnace area. Watching the cleaning process made me realize how much dirt had been sitting there.
