If I could give a zero I would. First visit he asked me why I was there because I had been to see another gastro doc. He had no advice of my condition. He said let's wait to see what MRI says. Did not leave a good impression. Ordered an MRI and did not hear back about results. I left voicemail and portal messages that were unanswered. They have a scheduling service that is horrible. Friendly and professional.
After having a CT and MRI that showed a mass on my pancreas it was recommended that I have a biopsy. I was referred to Capital Digestive Care by my doctor. I was told that Capital Digestive would call me in two to three business days to setup an appointment to see a doctor about scheduling a biopsy of the pancreas. I waited nearly a week before I called them myself. I clearly explained the reason for the consult with a physician was for a pancreatic biopsy, but I was given a appointment with a physician assistant, anyway. A ... read more
