I had the opotunity to use f&s properties for my home inspection. Don Simpson did an outstanding job and was very thorough and professional. My report was ready the next day. I would HIGHLY recommend f&s properties to ANYONE who needs a home inspection.

F & S inspected our first home 3 years ago. Getting ready to look for another one so I will be needing them again. They were very professional, the report was easy to understand, and told what repairs were needed. We have not had any problems from lack of information. I will be calling them again when we are ready.
This business is not trust worthy. Don Simpson was hired through my Sales Agent with Mobile Home Network owned by Nancy C. Turner. Don has been notified of ALL damages he failed to catch and call out for repair. Don does indeed work with Agents and purposely overlooks damages in the intent to assist the sales to keep his business relationships with the agents. My home is not level, has severe water damage and severe Black Mold in the Master Bedroom, Kitchen and living room. Most of it was very visible, the rest would have be... read more
