    Dr. Luhrs has seen most of my extended family as well as my immediate family. He is very good with his patients and is very knowledgeable. Many of us have gone to him for several years and have no reason to change.

    Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

    Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

    Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
