Poor customer service on multiple purchases. They over promise and under deliver. Do not recommend.
Dissatisfied with the business arrangement. As I am looking to become a leased-on owner operator I find the most idealistic truck with FM Truck Sales. The presentation and testing driving of the truck went fantastic. After calling the leasing company, I was informed of insurance issues so FM Truck Sales and I came to an agreement to put a $1,000 hold on the truck that would be applicable to the downpayment if purchased.
