Oh where oh where do I start smh. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and moved back, was looking for a new nail tech, and was referred here. Soooo I went there to get a fill and the older lady that was doing my nail cut my cuticle all the way up, my nails were so thick and unnatural looking. Decided to go to FM 78 nails for the second time because my usual place VN nails was busy. Coming here to FM nails is a joke and I thought it was in my mind the first time to not come here but I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER COME BACK. Not sure how they are still open but the guys are rude CANNOT DO NAILS the right way and they will rush the service but want top tier pay. I think I finally found my new nail salon. Van did an awesome job on my nails. She was very courteous and nice. Will definitely be back.
Terrible experience, very bad treatment from their employees, they want to do on your nails what they want but not what the client wants, there is no professionalism
Definitely do not come here. I was early for an appointment next door and figured I'd get a fill. Horrible. My nails are all different sizes and do not look natural. Overlapping my real nail. Man was rude. He left power all over my fingers. The place just looks dirty. Restroom is nasty. Brushes to wash your hands are definitely not clean. Would definitely never get a pedicure here, that's just asking for a infection. Wish I would've read the reviews first.
