Ive been injured, overcharged and mistreated at this salon. As an introvert this review took courage to write, but i hope it gives the proper information to help someone else avoid my experience. Ive posted 4 pictures to be able to fully express the incidents that led me to post this review. After years of coming to this salon, I will not be returning.
I went in for a mani/pedi and I am satisfied with my pedi. My set isn't at all what I showed him or wanted. The {male} nail tech couldn't shape my nails and it took way too long for a basic set with no polish. He kept turning my hand and twisting my fingers, I've never had a nail tech do that while applying a set. The tv didn't work and it wasn't a very welcoming environment.
Oh where oh where do I start smh. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and moved back, was looking for a new nail tech, and was referred here. Soooo I went there to get a fill and the older lady that was doing my nail cut my cuticle all the way up, my nails were so thick and unnatural looking. Decided to go to FM 78 nails for the second time because my usual place VN nails was busy. Coming here to FM nails is a joke and I thought it was in my mind the first time to not come here but I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER COME BACK. Not sure how they are still open but the guys are rude CANNOT DO NAILS the right way and they will rush the service but want top tier pay. I think I finally found my new nail salon. Van did an awesome job on my nails. She was very courteous and nice. Will definitely be back.
