Awful company and overall a terrible experience... Look at the other reviews and comments about them on social media since the March 2025 storms. Run away as fast as you can. They replaced a couple pieces of siding a different time and were great so when we got storm damage requiring a new roof, siding, gutters, and windows, we called them. We called the day after the storm, I believe and they came out quickly and the sales guy was very nice. F-M Exteriors did a great job repairing the roof, siding, and gutters of my 2,400 sq ft ranch home after it received hail damage. Their very knowledgeable representative helped me understand the roof repair process, worked with my insurance company, and provided valuable recommendations for quality replacement shingles. So I could use my car, they thoughtfully coordinated placing a clean trash removal trailer and bundles of roofing material in my driveway on the day before work was to be done. I used this company over 10 years ago and it was fine, but it has clearly changed. The communication is terrible. Signed a contract in July, they cashed the check in September, told us we would get a new roof in November, November goes by, I call in December and have been getting the run around ever since. No one ever attempted to call even though our phone numbers are on the contract. They were sending emails to the wrong email address, but the emails were AI generated and didn't give any information anyway. The people who ... read more
F-M EXTERIORS responded very quickly when we needed repairs to a leaking roof, and they took care of the repairs as quickly as possible during a very busy time for contractors, following the tornado that came through on March 14th. F-M Exteriors provided a reasonable estimate. They did an excellent job. I would definitely call them again if I need repairs to my home in the future.
