The response to my review is hilarious. Removing gutters and replacing them the correct way is part of the job that you were hired for. Putting the capping back on my siding that goes up against the roof another part of the job that you were hired for. The problem is you all rushed through a job and sent a crew out that only did the work halfway. ONCE THEY GET THE CHECK, THE SERVICE CHANGES! Please be very, very careful if you are considering this company. We haven’t had our roof for more than a year and we haven’t uncovered countless issues created by this company. They failed to flash an exhaust fans (they didn’t even try) and water came in to our attic and into the kitchen shorting our exhaust fans, microwave and range. Several area we found whole tubes of caulk pumped in between soffit and siding where their workers did damage but they didn’t want to replace it. ... read more

Rich helped verify that my roof was ok after a storm. Not only did he check physically that no damage was done, but also was up front about how things would go with my insurance. I love that he is personable and easy to talk to. He didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions and answered so I could understand what was happening with my roof. Highly recommend Rich and FM for any roofing needs you may have. You are treated like a person and not a paycheck. Thank you for great customer service!

Don’t waste your time like I did. Many emails back and forth, reviewing pictures of the job, then finally scheduling an appointment, and no one showed up at the appointed time. When I called, they said that I was not on their schedule. They did send someone out right away who reviewed the project and promised an estimate within a week. After a week had passed, I reached out to obtain a status. The following day I finally received a response that they were not equipped to do the job.
