Very pleased with the quality of work and customer service. The job being done was to replace the flashing around the brick chimney which deteriorated and were the source of a roof leak. The two gentlemen doing the work were very professional and took time to explain exactly what they did to complete the repairs. Before they left, they cleaned up all debris from the yard. Where to start, we put in a claim in due to the storm we had a year ago, FM Exterior came and re-done the roof. Then another storm came through and again water leaking from the roof to inside of our home. Called the insurance to get involved, FM Exterior came and did a Band-Aid job, did not fix the ceiling where there was water damage or the walls where their was water damage, now again another storm came and more water leaking from the roof and into the house.
