Over a year ago we went into a contract for some work needing done including roofing after a big storm. A large deposit was required and we were told multiple time in 2025 they would start the project. Between the weather and overwhelm they kept pushing us back. We are now 14 months into waiting with multiple phone calls and emails and no answers to when they will start. They took the insurance money and never did any work. After 10 months I was still getting the typical reply, “it will be another 8-12 weeks.” When you go to try and get your money back, there is a clause that states they keep $500 for a cancelled contract, regardless of timeline. It takes forever to hear back from them, and as of today, they still have the entire insurance payment and no one from their legal department has reached out despite my requests. Stay away.
