Updated mid-2025: owners beware- Would not use FM Exteriors again. While had a positive experience two years ago, our recent experience after the March 2025 storm has been awful. Once we signed the contract and paid >$13,000, it was 7 months before we received any movement towards our new roof. They were not proactive in reaching out to keep us updated; we had to call every 5-6 weeks for updates. And even then, it took weeks to hear back from them. Had an awesome experience with Cornstone construction. Very meticulous work on our retaining wall and deck. It looks amazing! Would highly recommend. Keeping them in mind for future projects. Great job!!!
If you are looking for a company that responds in a timely manner, cares about the customers, or follows through with their work, then you want to look somewhere else. This company has no idea what is going on with their projects and cannot communicate with the customer to keep them updated. I hired them, as a repeat customer, to fix storm damage from March. Avoid working with this company at all costs. My home was damaged in March 2025, I hired FM Exteriors as the contractor to replace my roof and half of my homes siding. Check payment of roughly $13,000 for the required repairs was cashed by them in June 2025. It is now mid October and not a single bit of work has been completed. I requested additional work to be completed other than the insurance covered work that I would pay for out of my pocket and clearly communicated that with the original salesman.
