In 2020 we had our air handler replaced by these folks for $4,000. A year later it leaked- they fixed it and tried to charge me-- but after calling they agreed it was under warranty. This summer it would not shut off-- and they fixed the warrantied part-- but are charging me $900!! For a service call, hourly labor, and 'freon' that leaked because the part was broken. I also have a ridiculously high electric bill due to the AC staying on incessantly until they could repair the warrantied part. Let me be clear: HAD THE PART NOT BROKEN -- we would not have needed 1)a service call 2) freon 3)4 hours of labor....For a part that is a year and a half old!!! The service tech by his own admission had "nothing else to do"--- and went back and forth to his office, did extra cleaning, etc.... on what we believed was a courtesy call on a warrantied air handler. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
