I am very pleased with my experience at F&M Automotive Body & Repair in every way imaginable. I purchased a used car there and later had brake pads installed. While waiting for the repair work, I witnessed nothing but genuine and caring interactions among not only staff, but customers. Most of my interaction was with Sow (pronounced "So") who was courteous, prompt, and fair, but I was also greeted by other staff who made me feel welcome during my visit.
