When "Rescue 9-1-1-" came on as two specials in 1989, the "2nd Pilot" had a segment on the alvaro garza Jr. ice water drowning rescue, which involved the Cass Co, Sheriff's Dept, and the F-M Ambulance Service performing the dramatic rescue and the boy survived, because those rescuers and the F-M Ambulance never gave up, and the boy survived.
The most professional, polite and friendliest group of first responders I've ever met.

my daughter had a severe allergic reaction on monday to something we were not aware she was allergic too. she is just under 2 years and my only child, it was very scary to watch her face swell up. the paramedics were great and helped me calm down and let me know that she was gonna be just fine. they were incredible with my daughter, there was not a second in the ambulance where we were truly scared. thank you so much.
