My insurance sent me here after someone fender bender me in San Francisco... and they are amazing here they really took care of my Chevy my car look like the day I drove it off the lot once I picked it up they also detailed my car which left it very clean inside and out thank you guys so much. Really amazing service. From customer service to car repairs 5 stars all around.
I've used F. Lofrano & Sons twice for bodywork from standard city hits. The first time was on the rear bumper and the second was on the side. Both times, they were amazing, not only in their workmanship but also to work with. Frequent updates from Terra & just really great overall. Highly recommend!

I have used F. Lofrano twice this year. Both times, I received amazing service. They were very honest & accurate at estimating timelines, and they called me regularly to keep me up to date on when we could expect the parts to arrive (my car was hit before Volvo even HAD spare parts to use for repairs). They are friendly, honest, they do fantastic work, and communicate far better than I have ever expected. Tierra in the front office is awesome. I was in good hands from start to finish.
