I’ve been a patient of Dr Clark’s for many years, and I could not be happier with his bedside manner or professionalism. A few years ago, Dr Clark moved to his current Burlingame office, and because I live in Mountain View, I tried a few new dermatologists in the Mountain View area. Did not find treatment resolution or communication was satisfactory and feel they lacked billing integrity. Would not return to Sutter network care
The initial doctor visit was fine and was diagnosed me within minutes and gave me over the counter meds for treatment. I was told to do a follow up in a month to see if prescribed treatment was working. After scheduling my follow up, a day before the appointment, it was canceled because the doctor was not available for the scheduled appointment in the afternoon. My experience with this office so far has been to go in for my appointment and to be told "so sorry your appointment was actually cancelled. You should have received a call. We'd be happy to reschedule you, the next available is in a month."
