F&L came within an hour of calling him on a Saturday night when a friend's well tanks had run dry and broke the pump. Mike assessed the situation and was back with his team Sunday morning at 8 a.m. to fix it and fill the tanks. Great responsive service. Definitely our Waterford plumber go to from now on!
F & L did excellent work for my water heater replacement. They gave me a very competitive quote, provided the exact model water heater I wanted, showed up early to begin the removal process, and had the new unit installed very quickly.
They did a site visit to provide a quote for a septic system on May 3. I never received the quote despite being told I would receive one. A couple of weeks I followed up with a couple of calls and emails seeking an update with no response. Two months later (06/24), no response and no quote. In that time I received 4 other quotes and made a decision on which company to use for my project. Once again, these guys came out to our home and fixed another plumbing issue. We live in an older home that has had several plumbing problems due to tree roots and F&L has always been professional, on time and friendly. Thank you for another job well done!
