Grateful to have F&L as our plumbers! After a dreadful warranty exchange with Loews, they were incredibly responsive and tentative to our needs. They went above and beyond to get our issue resolved! Thank you!
Exorbitantly expensive!! Although the technician was polite, efficient and knowledgeable, the service for 15 minutes of work to change out 2 leads to a washing machine was almost $300.00! The business was advertised online as being located in Purcellville but indeed is located in Leesburg. This wouldn’t matter except that they charge a very high rate for travel time.
