We needed some rings resized and an estimate for a repair. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. There was no pushy up selling, as with some of the big box retailers. All our questions were answered and we didn't feel rushed. You could tell it was definitely a family affair where they treated you as one of their own. They even seemed to recognize me, with a welcome back, before I even gave my name when I came back to pick up the rings. I had only been in once before. I would not go back. The lady there was very condescending. Only interested in selling estate jewelry.

Great place with amazing customer service, quality repair work and an awesome selection of new and estate pieces. They repaired, cleaned and polished my wedding set, converted my late mothers gold post earrings into dangly hooks that mean I can wear them and I got a beautiful jade filigree ring from their estate collection that is just my style.

Went to get a ring resized. While the resizing was being completed, we were told the ring, which is an antique family heirloom, needed a repair. It was not thoroughly explained that the repair was needed prior to resizing, so my fiancee thought that the repair was necessary because of damage done during resizing and therefore approved the repairs.
