Being a mechanic myself I was Completely Blown Away at how Bad these Crooks Are ! I blew a brake line close to their shop, so I asked them if they'd be able to fit me in & that I'd fix it myself but was 20 miles from home. No Problem they told me, it would be done this afternoon or in the morning ! Great I thought. Simple job I knew...... 4 Days later after call after call they tell me that their (Laughable) Top Mechanic can't remove the bleeder valve after TWO HOURS of trying. Their communication is very clear. They explain things to me and lay out my options, I appreciate that. If I need something in a rush they take me. They say “you are a good customer and you are important to us”. They take care of me and I appreciate that kind of service. Once I went in thinking I needed to replace my washer pump, they looked underneath and saw wires chewed out by a groundhog. I didn’t need a washer pump. All they had to do is patch the wire and reconnect it. That saved me money and I appreciated that too. Wh... read more

I give a FIVE STAR rating for F & J Transmissions. I have been bringing my cars to F & J for years. I can honestly say when my car needs service, I don’t stress out because I know that Frank will take care of it. Frank, Sal and the mechanics that work for them are really good people that care about the work they do. They also do auto body repair. I’ve been going to F&J for over 10 years. I have a Hyundai and a Jeep. F&J does great work and they are fun to talk to. Sal is a comedian, he makes me laugh. They are people you can depend on.

My cars are getting old and I like to maintain them. Years ago a friend told me about Frank and F&J. Since then, I have always brought my cars to F&J. Frank and Sal are very friendly and easy-going. They have a clean office and shop. They are organized and run a very professional establishment. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.

I only have nice things to say about Frank and F & J. We bought two used cars from Frank and we still have them. Frank and Sal are always so nice and friendly. They can’t do enough for me. When I need service they ask if I want to be picked up or dropped off some place? Do I want coffee? I always get an honest opinion from them. They go above and beyond and they are reliable.

I have been bringing my cars to F & J for repairs of one kind or another for over 15 years. Consistency is the one word that comes to mind when I think of Frank and F&J Transmissions. I only have good things to say about Frank. He is a man of his word. Sal is also a good guy, very friendly.

F&J is the greatest. They never talk you into doing anything you don't need. I like how they do business. If they can figure out a better way to keep cost down they do. Not many, people do that. They explain everything they do, I really love these guys. Frank is the best and Sal is an absolute doll.
