My elderly Asian parents-in-law got racially discriminated against when they visited the store to have their lawn mower repaired. The guy at the repair store was very rude and yelled at them for having trouble understanding him. He was not willing to repair the lawn mower. He purposely quoted a price that was unreasonably expensive, even more pricier than the mower itself and said it will take a ridiculously long time to repair. Was very nasty and rude to them. Shameful, I should report you guys for discrimination!
RecommendedI had a chainsaw a friend had worked on, and now it wasn't working... Two days before Halloween I was desperate. I walked in to F & J, and they told me they were booked out for about 2 weeks, but if I left it, they'd see if they could get to it. They had it back to me quickly (before Halloween), and in working condition. I really couldn't thank them enough. Pricing was competitive and fair. Service was excellent! Well done guys!
Nice place to do business with! I have used their services a few times. Very reliable and owner seems nice. I’ll definitely recommend their services to friends and family!!
I’ve only used FJ for blade sharpening and routine maintenance on my push mower but the customer service and work has always been top notch. Even for a blade sharpening job which is under $20 they clean off the entire mower top to bottom and even added oil at no additional charge. The manger at the front desk is always courteous and helpful.
