Theresa was friendly and helpful, sadly the "nurse" (Manny) that reached out to schedule a visit is extremely rude. I asked about time of arrival and his response was "I will get there when I get there!" Asked for his supervisor and Manny hung up. Long story short, they are no longer our agency. DO NOT USE FJ. unqualified Nurse, please teach them basic manners before allowing them to take the seniors! This should be ZERO star and not even 1.
