I had Jim install a full brand new central system in our house a few years back and the experience was and still is excellent. Jim and Frankie are top notch with their customer service. I’ve had to call a few times for equipment service/malfunction and they always carve out time in their busy schedules. A couple calls I made turned out to be user error! 🤦♂️ Highly recommended.
