Tried to give business to a local company. Explained in detail that sometimes our back bedrooms would not get heat and taking a shower was hit or miss with hot water. We either had all the hot water we needed or cold showers. A technician came out said our type of furnace didn’t need maintenance and it was working fine. Although annual maintenance was clearly marked on the furnace. He turned the water temperature up to 190° which the manual for our furnace says not to exceed 180°.
