Mike Bowley came out on time and did a whole house plumbing audit as requested. Provided a number of useful tips and information for example on how to prevent frozen pipes & valves. Found and replaced at our request a faulty valve near the water heater. We recommend and would use again.
I had a backed up and leaking kitchen sink through the weekend, the first plumbing service we used ghosted and didn't show which lead to me calling FH Furr. Not only did the customer service rep have us down for an appointment within 24 hours, the confirmed the window, and then further confirmed the time. This company is an absolute rip off with their pricing and I will never use them again and I urge no one else to either. They get 1 star instead of 0 because the plumber himself was professional and did good quality work, and I acknowledge he does not set prices.
This company came out because I thought there might be something wrong with my furnace. They ran a check and told me that the heater was totally gone and I needed to get a $13,000 brand new one they even locked and turned off the gas to my furnace and told me that I had to have it done per code. I had another company come out the next day and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the furnace except a dirty filter. They put in a new filter.
