Sloppy work and lied about cost. I had a chipped front tooth replaced. Francis said it would be $400. She did a terrible job and it ended up being much longer than the tooth next to it. When I pointed it out she just shrugged. She then told me it would be $700. I was young and got scammed.
Frances is perhaps the only dentist I completely trust. I think that nicely sums it all up. She doesn't push work on you that you don't need and is completely honest and upfront about any work needed. All options and alternatives are clearly presented. I've been going to this dentist for over 15 years. Trust is important, I've been burned by dentists before. She is competent and does excellent work, and easy to get along with. She is not in it to become rich, and she does what is necessary. I highly recommend her practice.
