Dr.chaves is the most ignorant Dr. I have ever encountered. Just because his options dont work fir the patient he blames them. The office has made it very clear if you cancel a appointment short of 24hrs they charge you. We called a week in advance to ket them know we lost our insurance and we just needed to reschedule. They informed us to call back when we had insurance which was the plan. When we did they stated they were no longer going to see us and gave us no reason.

Dr is friendly & caring. Explains & doesn't rush. Staff is very nice. Office is clean & comfortable.
Sent an invoice with only the business office phone number. No way to reach the doctor's office
His office supposedly called my fiance they didn't now they won't see him
