Shortly after checking our A/C this spring, our thermostat warned that the Y wire (A/C control) was going bad. Called Kling. Tech showed up, didn’t bother to even say hello, walked all over our new oriental rugs with his boots, and at 4 PM announced that we needed a new board on our 2 year old furnace (that Kling had sold us) and that he couldn’t help us over the weekend.
