What a joke. I only leave reviews if the service is outstanding or really bad. This one is bad!!! I called the office on a Friday at noon to get a statement for my HOA payments to help with the sale of my townhome. A young lady answered the phone, and immediately it was apparent this was going to be bad call. She was so unprofessional, making snide remarks, acting as though she would be unable to help. Worst management company out there. They don't care about the wellbeing or safety of residents.
Staff is nice on phone, but nothing gets done. Despite repeatedly addressing a mouse entry point outside that requires patching, it remains unresolved for over a year, leading to mice within my walls. I called today for 7th time for this issue.
