Saying this company is terrible is an understatement. They're rude, money grubbing, and unprofessional. They will only cause problems or cost you money. Even their office was incredibly unorganized and behind the times - it feels like an extension of someone's dirty living room or something. Like it's more of a place to hang out than a place of business. What a joke. I only leave reviews if the service is outstanding or really bad. This one is bad!!! I called the office on a Friday at noon to get a statement for my HOA payments to help with the sale of my townhome. A young lady answered the phone, and immediately it was apparent this was going to be bad call. She was so unprofessional, making snide remarks, acting as though she would be unable to help.
