I don’t know what is wrong with the receptionist but every time when I would call they would hang up on me… Well… you just lost a client
I needed the battery replace- they had replaced it before- they used a hammer and razor to open it up, replaced the battery and the now watch doesn't work. I was told I should get a new one- my 24 year old watch that was working last week before the battery died had damage to the coil. They are the only ones to open it.
