I wanted to leave a review because this place discriminated on me, i've been having hemorrhoids 7 months i have been in so much pain that I can't even live my life any more. This place couldn't even help me. The 1st day that I went in. They was gonna help me with the payment, but I end up having the money. So when I went in for the second time, I didn't think that I had to pay because the doctor told me to come in, they told me that I had to pay another $200. So I didn't have it. Drove two hours for an appointment. I was 14 minutes late and they won’t see me.
Dr.Odom IS THE BEST. very sweet and caring, he explained everything throughly. I was referred by my PCP and if anything comes up again i will be coming back to see him for sure!! thank you!! Wait time not bad at all and staff is great.
Terrible experience with this Doctor. I was scheduled for a Colonoscopy for six weeks ahead of the time of the procedure. Needless to say the prep for this procedure is not pleasant. I arrived for the procedure got undressed and prepared only to be told that they had not got clearance to do the procedure. This was not due to my incompetence….I have tried to get recompense for this terrible experience but have been rebuffed at every attempt.
Dr. Odom is an exceptional doctor. Both myself and my husband are his patients. He put me back together March, 2012, after a very serious surgery in December, 2011. He took care of my husband twice, once in 2015 and again in 2019. We would not go anywhere else.
