In short, the seller's agent was a limited representative (representing both the buyer ans seller) in April 2019. Environmental hazard (mold), water in the crawl, and drainage issues were disclosed to them in either the sales disclosure, where it was disclosed, the inspection, or an ACCA letter. There were problems with our rental home, literally, from day one. Because we have four children we needed a house that had at least three bedrooms. After virtually signing the lease, PAYING THE ENTIRE YEAR'S RENT/DEPOSIT UPFRONT (which came to $14,300) and driving 500 miles (we were moving from Virginia to Evansville), we unlock the front door and were assaulted with a horrible, rancid stench. Keep looking I called Tucker realty to sell my home and was assigned a "rookie" real estate agent who was partnered with another of supposedly greater experience. I met with this agent and agreed to terms of sale. The following week when I got back in town I found he had lowered the asking price for my home by $5,000 on the first listing! After seven months of weekly reports they suddenly stopped.
