Dr Hughes really listens to her patients and acts accordingly. Her staff is always there for you. I highly recommend Dr Hughes.
This review is about Roper as much as for this office. I have United Medicare Advantage. When this office sent me a bill to pay $260 out of pocket up front for an office visit I cancelled. I have zero deductions and co-pays for all medical visits and treatments including specialists with my plan. Obviously this office is not senior friendly. Not worth the hassle to argue. Easier to just move on to someone who wants your business.
Dr Hughes is an excellent doctor. She takes time to listen to your concerns, explain answers so that you can understand and always professional.
Dr Hughes has been my personal physician since she went into private practice. I feel like we have practically grown up together. I am always comfortable asking questions or discussing sensitive topics with her or with Chris, her assistant. Nancy, at the front desk is a sweetheart. She has been with Dr Hughes for years and we love being greeted by her friendly face when we arrive for our appointment.
