We changed our home a few times and sold/bought a few times. We use Mr. Wray everytime, even we moved to Toronto. We trust him, we just passed our documents him, we just relex and waited, we know everything would be done properly. We also completed our Wills with Mr. Wray. This time we signed a purchase offer and contact him, we feel very sorry to hear that he's retired. He's so nice.

We were referred to this lawyer many years ago, for the purchase of property/building of our house. He also completed our Wills/POA. Our experiences were good, seemed to cover all the bases and was efficient/thorough for our needs. He works from his rural home and not city fancy office. At first glance this can make one feel unsure, like "am I in the right place" but once you get past this, it's fine. If/when we need further legal assistance, we'll end up going back to see him.

Gets the work done eventually however he's difficult to get a hold of, doesn't show up to appointments, doesn't call, and when you do get a hold of him he's not very accommodating.
