I purchased a glass rack years ago and decided I could use a couple more cleats. So I sent all the specs. When I was going to order they told me it would be $400 shipping and a $50 crate charge. I got a quote from pirate ship for $107 and they told me they wouldnt ship UPS and I would need a loading dock for their delivery. They are not very accommodating. If I had know this would happen I would have purchased my new glass rack from someone else. If you want customer service after the fact look somewhere else.

I am the director of a glazing company Called Britannia Glass in the UK, I'm not alone in saying this, it was a sad day when F Barkow products was no longer available in the UK, you would not believe the rubbish glass carrying racks that other companies supply here, cheap is not best. I recently bought replacement parts for our 20 year old glass racks, John and Sue were extremely helpful in getting these parts to me in the UK.

I cannot say enough about Barkow !!! Real people who understand the needs of the working man and thats because thats exactly who they are . If u want it done rite then this is the comapany you want to work with ! Im just starting out my business and sometimes you get pushed aside as if being a new business doesnt count but barkow treated me like GOLD . If all companies had this level of customer care and service then life would be allot better .. THANKS AGAIN !!
