Kind and professional. Very good place to deliver. I suggest you backup into the yard instead of driving front in. It could be tight if you have a long wheel base. Otherwise, it's good. There's few parking spots in the streets. Just take one side though because it's narrow. You'll figure it out once you'll get there. They start at 3:00 am. Its taking one hour roughly for a FL. Lumper fees around 250.

They take beef at new location 5 5th street Peabody, MA. Some parking on street People are nice and easier to back in at Peabody location.
Small area and gets pretty busy, that's not the bad part. The bad is having to wait almost all day to get unloaded. Worker's are chill but they did say they are moving to a bigger location so hopefully the process is more efficient.
