I just got off the phone with tech support and the woman there told me she couldn’t help me because it was above her pay grade. She asked me the same questions over and over again, wouldn’t give me her name. Worst attitude ever.
I absolutely love dealing with everyone at F&B. Scott, Carol and Mike always respond in a prompt manner. No issues whatsoever
