SHE WAS NOT EVEN IN THE BUILDING that day and yet her receptionist made me sit there for 1 hour and 20 minutes and never told me. It was only after 1 hour and 20 minutes of sitting there--the only patient in the facility--that I got up and asked to reschedule. The greatest dentist and staff I’ve ever seen! The dentist made me feel very comfortable, because I was very anxious.Professional, very helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend this dentist to everyone.
I saw Dr. Rokun and was very happy I did! I absolutely hate going to the dentist (I know no one really loves it but I am so nervous/anxious about it that I dread it), but Dr. Rokun totally put me at ease. She has such a friendly and caring demeanor and constantly makes sure you are doing okay throughout your procedures. I had a root canal and although that kind of sucks, to begin with, she made sure I was in no pain during or after. Even called the next day to see how I was doing.
