No stars is a more accurate grade for Dr Alla Rokun because she was NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT! SHE WAS NOT EVEN IN THE BUILDING that day and yet her receptionist made me sit there for 1 hour and 20 minutes and never told me. It was only after 1 hour and 20 minutes of sitting there--the only patient in the facility--that I got up and asked to reschedule. The greatest dentist and staff I’ve ever seen! The dentist made me feel very comfortable, because I was very anxious.Professional, very helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend this dentist to everyone.
I saw Dr. Rokun and was very happy I did! I absolutely hate going to the dentist (I know no one really loves it but I am so nervous/anxious about it that I dread it), but Dr. Rokun totally put me at ease. She has such a friendly and caring demeanor and constantly makes sure you are doing okay throughout your procedures. I had a root canal and although that kind of sucks, to begin with, she made sure I was in no pain during or after. Even called the next day to see how I was doing.
