Extremely Unprofessional and Unsanitary I honestly don’t know how this clinic considers this acceptable. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and left me seriously questioning their standards for patient privacy, cleanliness, and basic professionalism. I was instructed to use a public restroom located far across the building to provide a urine sample. For a location located inside Hmong Village you would have doubts because it’s not a clinical building itself. However, everything from check-in at the desk, to meeting the doctor and assistant, the service was purely magnificent! Stacey is a wonderful front desk and kind. She answered all questions that I had for my appointment. Isaac, the nursing assistant, was very gentle, kind, and reassuring when it came to my blood draw. Thank you EZY Urgent Care Clinic for making my experience so “EASY” LOL.

The service was really 5 star other than the wait was longer than expected and the AC didn't work on a day that was 90° so the wait seemed even longer. Other than that, there's service from the doctor and support staff was truly five star
