I had a very easy experience from start to finish with the EzyAir team, starting with a very informative and easy-to-follow quote from Leigh. The installation team of Josh, Tate and Archer also did a fantastic job, and I'm very happy with the 8.0kw outdoor unit condenser and the 6.0kw and 2.5kw indoors split systems from Mitsubishi Electric that were set up.
I had the Ezy Air team come today to replace my old air con on the 1st floor. It was a tricky job cos the old one didn't meet the specs, the drain pipe was wrong and I needed work on my circuit board cos it didn't have an isolator. They couldn't have done a better job. It took 3 hours... they called someone in for the power board complications... cleaned everything up & vaccummed. AND they were 3k cheaper than my 1st quote and didn't exactly the same work. Ezyair installed a split system on our apartment today in the CBD and we are extremely happy with the service they provided. The ability to be able to give a quote from photos and a price we were happy with. Arrived when they said they would and got the job done. Very little turnaround time and the whole process was seamless. We were having trouble just getting someone to have a look just to get a quote. Thanks so much Leigh and the install team at Ezyair, I'll be getting you guys to do the yearly service.
I am a very happy customer of EZYAir, fully supported from the beginning up till the installation, Leigh Klaver helping us on picking the best model, planning the installation layout and arranging the earliest possible date of installation knowing summer is the peak season on instalation.
