From getting the quote to getting the work done, everything was done with professionalism, clear communication about what needed to be done, and answered the flurry of questions I had. Installation was yesterday and I could not be more impressed with the quality of the work done. Tim, Jason, Ambros and Willson are clearly extremely competent in what they do. Ezy Air was brilliant in replacing my old single head air conditioner with a new 2 headed air conditioner. Their expertise in dealing with apartments in the city was fantastic. I struggled to find anyone willing to help, but it was not an issue for Ezy Air. Easy quoting process, good communication and fabulous work for the installation. A complex but efficiently executed job carried by EzyAir to install a 10kwh heatpump (an outdoor reverse cycle heating and cooling unit) on the roof of the apartment above mine and bring the refrigerent gas lines and electricals to header (indoor) units into three rooms of my apartment. Had a great experience with Ezy Air. I needed to replace one single old unit and trunking with a dual split system to cater for the lounge and bedroom. Leigh was easy and efficient to deal with online and also gave me great advice on the phone when I needed clarification regarding power supplies.
