Desmond and Crystal are awesome! My usual place couldn't get me in for over 2 weeks, and the next place I called was busy for at least a week. When I called EZT, they got me in on the same day! It was late in the day when they got it, so it would have been done the second day except they had to order parts from Anchorage. My car was dumping coolant, and needed a new thermostat, seal, tensioner, and more. Amazing service all around from EZT Auto. 100% recommend and would gladly go again. Desmond was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within days whereas other shops didn't have any openings until 2 weeks later. Excellent pricing and very communicative. Desmond and Crystal were very understanding and made this whole ordeal pleasant. They even left a cute complimentary baggy :) Thank you so much for all the help!

Can’t say enough great things about this repair shop. I recently had the transmission in my pickup go out and they were able to diagnose and get a new one put in for me in a timely manner. The owner is extremely personal and goes above and beyond when it comes to communication. He was happy to answer any questions I had and was able to explain everything he was doing in a way the was easy to understand. Overall, I had a great experience doing business with them.
Good prices, fast turn-around! Desmond is an awesome mechanic! His "ball park" estimates are close to what your total bill is going to be. If any other issues are found while repairing, he'll let you know of the deficiency and let you decide. Crystal does a great job of scheduling running the front office. While other shops are 2-3 week lead time, EZT is 1-2 weeks (sometimes a couple days).
